Vizyr provides advanced AI-powered facial recognition and visual analytics solutions ('Services') through our platform, APIs, and related software applications.

Our Services include but are not limited to: facial recognition systems, visitor management, access control, security monitoring, and related AI vision technologies.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time with reasonable notice to users.

You must use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to privacy laws, data protection regulations, and civil rights legislation.

You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents, permissions, and legal authorizations before implementing facial recognition systems in your facilities.

You must implement appropriate privacy notices and consent mechanisms where required by law.

You agree not to use our Services for any illegal, harmful, or discriminatory purposes.

You retain ownership of all data processed through our Services. We act as a data processor on your behalf.

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) in your jurisdiction.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits.

Biometric data is converted to encrypted mathematical templates and never stored as recognizable images.

You may not use our Services to violate anyone's privacy rights or civil liberties.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our Services.

You may not use our Services to build competing products or services.

You must not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services.

Our Services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claims related to our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for decisions made based on the output of our AI systems.

All rights, title, and interest in our Services, including all intellectual property rights, remain with Vizyr.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services according to these terms.

Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

You retain ownership of your data and content processed through our Services.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice.

We may terminate your access immediately for material breach of these terms.

Upon termination, you must cease using our Services and may request deletion of your data.

Provisions regarding liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California.

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
